KDA and You, the Dojo Owner

KDA has many resources to offer "you" the dojo owner and your students.

One big advantage KDA offers is Kancho John Farrell, with his Decades within the Martial Arts and his wealth of experience in many disciplines (i.e. Karate, Jujitsu, Aikido, Kubudo, Judo).

Another advantage is KDA's Teaching Counsel, who are all talented Karateka and are willing to work with you...be it one-on-one or in a seminar, clinic, summer/winter camp. Many of our instructors not only have decades of Kyokushin trainning, but also many have taken intrest in other diciplines (or started within other disciplines) which makes them very open minded Martial Artist and instructors.

Kancho Ferrell has been around the world and has learned so much from his decades of training, learning , and teaching within the Martial Arts community. The many great Sensei's (many who past on during the 60's & 70's) he has been (was) able to learn from, train with, and establish friendships with is something many could only dream about.

KDA can assist you and/or your students in, continuing Martial Arts (skills... Kata, Kumite, etc) education, training, testing (Kyu or Dan). Seminars, camps, or guest instructor, and syllabus building/assistance.

We all know that new exciting more advanced classes for your "ever-advancing" students is so important. Retention within your Dojo is vital for you as well your students.

KDA can assist you with dynamic customized seminars, clinics, or camps (single or multi day) in Kumite (point, contact, clicker, or knockdown), Kata, Kihon's, Kubudo. Or we work with you the instructor to help you advance your skills and knowledge in these areas. As a member you can join in on our yearly summer - winter camps or we can come to you. Either way knowledge, interesting, and dynamic experience is waiting for you and your students.

If you happen to be in a location close to one of our Instructors (we have Instructors across the USA inquirer), weekly or monthly classes, seminars, or clinics can be scheduled, increasing everyone's knowledge and improving retention at your Dojo.

Assistance at your tournaments in judging/refereeing, running or organization for Knockdown to Point type events, is another area KDA can help.

There is also the very strong possibility that you can offer us knowledge as well, and this is always welcome within KDA!!!

Independent or affliated Martial Artist alike faces many struggles and frustrations in today's competitive world. One concern (always in the back of your mind) is rank and advancement as you continue your training.  Another is teaching and advancing your students. We offer Kyu testinjg with certificates for $5.00, Dan testing it is $100.00, we will hold testing at your dojo or after a seminar. One can always request a private or group testing during Summer camp. We will objectively evaluate you and or your students for advancement.

We will help you to improve your knowledge, skills, within the Martial Arts, so you can take the knowledge and use it as You see fit in Your Dojo !!!
